Not every flight out of Lake Ohrid leaves from Ohrid Airport. When the ticket you want departs from Tivat, Sofia, Thessaloniki or Belgrade instead, we drive you there: collected from your hotel or apartment around the lake, one car, one driver, straight to departures.
Each transfer below crosses at least one international border. Tolls, road taxes and border fees are inside the quote, the price is agreed before you travel, and we set the pickup time from your flight so the drive, the crossing and check-in all fit.
What a cross-border transfer includes
The quote is for the whole vehicle rather than per seat, so four people travelling together pay it once. It covers door-to-door pickup anywhere around Lake Ohrid, luggage, tolls and road taxes on both sides of every crossing, and the drop-off at the terminal.
Passengers are responsible for checking current passport, ID and visa requirements with the official authorities before travel. Requirements depend on your nationality and on the countries on the route, so check them before you book.
When should you leave Ohrid?
We work the pickup time back from your flight. As a rule of thumb: about 6 h 30 min before take-off for Thessaloniki, 8 hours for Sofia, 10 hours for Tivat and 11 hours for Belgrade: each allowing for the drive, the border and check-in.
Give us the flight number when you book and we confirm the pickup time with the quote. If the schedule means an overnight start, the driver is there for it.
Which airport should you fly from?
Ohrid Airport (OHD) is 10 km from town and simplest of all when the seasonal flights are running. Skopje is 180 km with no border, and Tirana 135 km with one: both are published fixed fares.
The airports on this page are longer runs that earn their place on flight choice and ticket price: Thessaloniki at 295 km is the shortest, Belgrade at 655 km the longest. Compare them with the published fares on our Skopje and Tirana pages before you book the ticket.

Per journey rather than from our published fare list, because each one crosses at least one border. Send us the date, the flight time and the number of passengers and you get a written price for the whole car, fixed once you confirm and including tolls and border fees.
Any address in Ohrid town, the Old Town, the lakeside hotel strip or Struga, at the same quote. Peštani, Trpejca, Sveti Naum and the villages further south are quoted with the same journey: enter the address in the booking form and add a pin if it is hard to find.
