Who we are
OhridAirportTaxi provides taxi rides, hotel transfers, and airport transfers in and around Ohrid, North Macedonia. These Terms apply when you book through ohridairporttaxi.com, the TaxiGo Rider app, phone, WhatsApp, or Viber.

Booking and confirmation
- A booking is confirmed when dispatch accepts it and confirms the fare and the pickup plan.
- You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, passenger count, luggage needs, and flight numbers for airport jobs.
- Published route fares are fixed per vehicle and confirmed when you book. City rides inside Ohrid run on the published meter instead: day start 50 MKD, night start 100 MKD (23:00–06:00), plus 50 MKD/km, waiting 500 MKD/hour. Anything off the published list is quoted per journey before you travel.
- We may refuse or cancel bookings that are unsafe, abusive, or based on false information.
Passenger responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point within 5 minutes of driver arrival.
- Treat drivers with respect. Verbal or physical abuse may lead to immediate trip cancellation and a permanent ban.
- Keep the vehicle reasonably clean. Damage or excessive mess may incur a cleaning or repair fee.
- Child seats and larger vehicles must be requested when booking so we can assign the right car.
Cancellations, no-shows and waiting
- Cancel as early as possible by phone, WhatsApp, or Viber so the driver can be reassigned.
- Airport meet-and-greet includes reasonable waiting tied to your flight number when you shared it. Extended waiting beyond the agreed window may be charged at the waiting rate or a new quote.
- No-shows after the driver has arrived and waited the agreed time may be charged a cancellation fee up to the confirmed fare.
- Same-day changes (new address, extra stops) may change the fare; the driver or dispatch will confirm before continuing.
Payments
Fares are normally paid in cash to the driver, in denars or euros, at the end of the journey. Cross-border transfers are usually quoted in EUR. Confirm the currency when you book.
A fare published on this site for a listed route is a fixed price per vehicle, confirmed when you book. It does not change afterwards for traffic, luggage, tolls or a delayed flight.
Journeys that are not on the published fare list are quoted per journey instead: custom routes, extra stops added after booking, larger vehicles or minivans, and cross-border transfers. You get that price in writing before you travel, and it is fixed once you confirm it.
Liability
We arrange transportation with verified local drivers and aim for safe, on-time service. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, border controls, flight disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Passengers are responsible for checking current passport, ID and visa requirements with the official authorities before travel. We carry passengers across the border but we do not check, verify or advise on travel documents, and we cannot accept responsibility for a passenger being refused entry.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as services evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of bookings after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
