Ohrid handles only a handful of flights a day, and taxi availability follows the schedule rather than the clock. A flight that lands at 23:40 can easily arrive to an empty forecourt.

Frequently asked questions
A comfort car for up to 4 passengers is 1,200 den (~€20) for the roughly 15 minutes drive into town. The price is per vehicle, not per person, and includes luggage, tolls and waiting time.
There is a small rank that operates around scheduled arrivals, but it is not staffed continuously. For early-morning and late-evening flights, and throughout the winter timetable, booking ahead is the reliable option.
About 15 minutes to Ohrid town centre in normal conditions. The road is good and traffic is rarely an issue outside the July and August peak.
